Beynost, France/Düsseldorf, Germany; May 2026 – KORSCH proudly highlights the STYL’ONE Evo WipCon^®, a fully in-house designed high containment version of its advanced STYL’ONE Evo Compaction Simulator. The system is designed to meet the growing demands of formulation development and scale-up involving highly potent APIs (HPAPIs).
Combining maximum operator safety, scientific versatility, and the ability to replicate industrial tablet press cycles, the STYL’ONE Evo WipCon^® is a key asset for all tablet manufacturers focused on innovation in solid dosage development.

Certified Containment Technology for HPAPIs

The STYL’ONE Evo WipCon^® features a fully integrated containment system certified to OEB 5. It includes negative pressure monitoring, reinforced air filtration, and ergonomic Wash-In-Place (WIP) procedures to ensure safe handling of highly potent compounds.
For non-hazardous applications, the system can also be operated in an open configuration, without containment features, providing flexibility based on process requirements and risk levels.

Advanced Compaction Simulation for Predictive Scale-Up

The STYL’ONE Evo WipCon^® accurately replicates the compression profiles of industrial rotary tablet presses, enabling predictive evaluation of powder behavior from early R&D stages.
With configurable compression profiles, users can simulate a wide range of production conditions, anticipate common tablet defects such as capping, lamination, or sticking, and ensure smooth, low risk scale up, all while using minimal quantities of material.
