The XT 600 is a workhorse for high-volume, 24/7 operation. It offers a 100 kN pre and main compression capability, 100 RPM press speed capability, and a maximum output of 1,380,000 single-layer tablets per hour.

Outstanding precise layer control made possible through a special soft tamping station on the first layer. A retractable second-layer feeder allows layer sampling on demand at production speeds with minimum product loss and with an active automatic weight control loop for the first layer.

Available with a two- or three-chamber variable speed forced feeder, or a gravity feeder, the XT 600 offers an extended feeder length to maximize filling time. The closed bi-layer feeder seal design ensures a superior production yield and a clean compression zone for maximum batch run time.
