Data processing for advertising purposes
We use your data only for our own advertising purposes. We would like to inform you about new products, our services and interesting events. Therefore, we also use your data to recommend certain products, services or events that may be of interest to you in addition to your purchases. The evaluation of your purchase history and the sending of corresponding advertisements by post or e-mail to existing customers is carried out only for products and services of KORSCH AKTIENGESELLSCHAFT, taking into account your legitimate interests. Sending by e-mail only takes place with your consent, which you can revoke at any time with effect for the future.
Newsletters are sent to you only on the basis of a separate consent. Further information on your rights can be found under the heading "Rights of Data Subjects".
This website uses CleverReach to send newsletters. The provider is CleverReach GmbH & Co. KG, Mühlenstr. 43, 26180 Rastede. CleverReach is a service with which the newsletter dispatch can be organized and analyzed. The data you enter for the purpose of receiving the newsletter (e.g. e-mail address) is stored on the CleverReach servers in Germany and Ireland.
Our newsletters sent with CleverReach enable us to analyse the behaviour of newsletter subscribers. Among other things, it can be analyzed how many subscribers have opened the newsletter message and how often which link was clicked in the newsletter. With the help of so-called conversion tracking, it can also be analyzed whether a predefined action (e.g. purchase of a product on our website) has taken place after clicking on the link in the newsletter. Further information on data analysis through the CleverReach newsletter can be found at: https://www.cleverreach.com/de/funktionen/reporting-und-tracking/.
Data processing is based on your consent (Art. 6 para. 1 lit. a DS-GVO). You can revoke this consent at any time by unsubscribing the newsletter. The legality of the data processing operations that have already taken place remains unaffected by the revocation.
If you don't want an analysis by CleverReach, you have to unsubscribe from the newsletter. For this purpose we provide a corresponding link in every newsletter message. You can also unsubscribe directly on the website.
The data that you have stored with us for the purpose of subscribing to the newsletter will be stored by us until you unsubscribe from the newsletter and will be deleted both from our servers and from CleverReach's servers after you cancel the newsletter. Data stored by us for other purposes remain unaffected.
Analysis tools and advertising
This website uses functions of the web analysis service Google Analytics. Provider is Google Ireland Limited, Gordon House, Barrow Street, Dublin 4, Ireland.
Google Analytics uses so-called "cookies". These are text files that are stored on your computer and enable an analysis of your use of the website. The information generated by the cookie about your use of the website will generally be transmitted to and stored by Google on servers in the United States.
The storage of Google Analytics cookies and the use of this analysis tool are based on Art. 6 para. 1 lit. f DS-GVO. The website operator has a legitimate interest in analysing user behaviour in order to optimise both its website and its advertising.
We have activated the IP anonymization function on this website. This will cause Google to shorten your IP address within member states of the European Union or other signatory states to the Agreement on the European Economic Area before it is transmitted to the United States. Only in exceptional cases the full IP address will be transmitted to a Google server in the USA and shortened there. On behalf of the operator of this website, Google will use this information to evaluate your use of the website, to compile reports on website activity and to provide other services relating to website activity and internet usage to the website operator. The IP address transmitted by your browser as part of Google Analytics is not combined with other data from Google.

Demographic characteristics of Google Analytics
This website uses the function "demographic features" of Google Analytics. This allows reports to be generated that contain information about the age, gender and interests of site users. This data comes from interest-related advertising by Google and visitor data from third parties. This information cannot be associated with any specific individual. You can deactivate this function at any time via the ad settings in your Google Account or generally prohibit Google Analytics from collecting your data as described under "Objection to data collection".
Google Search Console
We use Google Search Console, a web analytics service provided by Google, to continuously improve the Google rankings of our websites.
Google Search Console allows us to perform search analysis that tells us how often our site appears in Google search results. This allows us to monitor and manage our sites in the search index.
No personal user or tracking data is processed or transmitted to Google in the context of the use of Google Search Console.
This website uses the Google Tag Manager. Google Tag Manager is a solution that allows marketers to manage website tags through a single interface. The Tag Manager tool itself (which implements the tags) is a cookie-less domain and does not collect any personally identifiable information. The tool triggers other tags that may themselves collect data. Google Tag Manager does not access this data. If deactivation has been made at the domain or cookie level, it will persist for all tracking tags implemented with Google Tag Manager.
