Las máquinas de la serie TRP son comprimidoras rotativas de doble salida, extremadamente robustas y estables con dos estaciones de presión previa y de presión principal y, opcionalmente, 23–67 estaciones de punzones según el formato del comprimido. Gracias al concepto de máquina modular único en su género, las prensas TRP están disponibles en distintos modelos, según la necesidad del cliente. Esta alta flexibilidad en el campo de la fabricación industrial de tabletas ofrece sólo KORSCH. Permanentes perfeccionamientos del sistema TRP son, igualmente, algo natural.

Gracias a la tecnología más moderna de control y regulación es posible una producción permanente completamente automática, supervisada electrónicamente y sin operario.

Data analysis
PharmaResearch® was specially designed for recording and analysing pressing forces and the punch path. This system can record the data locally or forward it to a central memory on a SQL server in a central network for storage and analysis.

Perfect gas-tightness of the pressing chamber with inflatable seals for High-Containment applications. Processing of sensitive and high-dosage powders in controlled overpressure or under-pressure conditions in the pressing chamber.
