The tablets are selected via an individual sorting system and then measured using the PharmaCheck 1 whilst the force of pressure is kept constant by the electrical regulation unit PharmaCheck® 3i Plus.
For the internal control system, the PharmaCheck® 1 has its own programmable control system (SPS) that is connected to the machine’s control system via a field bus. The system itself is controlled by the PharmaControl® 3i Plus.
PharmaCheck® 1 also has a rotary plate with batch jars in which the tablets for in-process controls can be collected.
