Eco-Line tablet Presses
The KORSCH PharmaPress® 800 is a high capacity, double sided tablet press for fully automated and unattended production of high volume products. The press features modern GMP design and an isolated compression zone that permits the longest run durations and a fast cleaning and changeover capability. The PharmaPress® 800 press offers a robust 40 kN precompression station and 80 kN main compression station for highest outputs over 1 Mio. Tablets/h (BB, BBS). The well proven KORSCH feeder design with long filling track guarantees superior tablet weight control and minimal product loss. The PharmaPress® 800 is equipped with a Siemens PLC based control system for machine, and press force control. The control system is located in a remote control cabinet, which requires only minimal space in the compression room.
