Wip and WipCon® Technology- Wash in Place and Containment execution

Wip execution for medium containment OEL> 10µg/m³
Full "Wash in Place- capability" for all KORSCH XL- machines and TRP 700/900. A high cleaning quality is reached by automated washing procedures. Depending on the contamination level and the active ingredients an individual programming of the wash cycles is possible. If used in the R & D area "our" presses are also available with a manual spray gun for manual cleaning in the isolator and through glove ports. 

WipCon® execution for highest containment 10µg/m³> OEL> 0.1µg/m³
Perfect gas tightness of the press room by means of inflatable sealing for high-containment applications. Handling of sensitive and highly potent powders and granules during controlled under- or over pressure in the press room. Individual KORSCH WipCon®- solutions have been developed in cooperation with professional partner companies.
