Multilayer Technology: for tablets which consist of 2, 3, 4 or 5 layers. 

Deep fill/Lollipop: filling depth up to max. 60 mm

Core coating: KORSCH has developed a completely new procedure to define the prefabricated cores exactly in a mechanical manner and position them guaranteed reproducible in the outer coating. This unique, defined core positioning is reached because the core remains for a longer section in the die circle due to a patented conveyance unit (patent-no. 38/9821).
