Technical Rotary presses
Machines of the TRP-series are double-rotary presses, extremely sturdy and stable machines with two pre and main pressing stations and optionally 23- 67 punch stations depending on the pressing format. Thanks to the unique modular machine concept, customised TRP-presses are available in a number of different versions. This high level of flexibility in the industrial tableting field is only provided by KORSCH. Likewise, permanent further development of the TRP-systems is a matter of course.

The power feeder
Optional. Newly-developed 2-chamber filling device. Together with the new dust extraction system, the material loss during tableting compared to the past is reduced from approx. 2–6 % to approx. 0.5–1 %.

PharmaResearch® was specially designed for recording and analysing pressing forces and the punch path. This system can record the data locally or forward it to a central memory on a SQL server in a central network for storage and analysis.
